This policy covers matthewntamara.com and the AI for the Modern Office programs, operated directly by Matthew Ntamara. It does not cover Tasquu, DML, Twendele or Enkya Capital Cooperative, which are separate ventures with their own policies.
When you use the free email capture, I collect your email address. When you buy the course or the live sessions, I collect your name, email address, the mobile money number you are paying from, and order details such as which product you bought and when. Your mobile money PIN is never seen or stored by this site, it is entered only on your own phone.
I use your email to send the free lesson you asked for, to deliver access to anything you have paid for, to send order confirmations, and occasionally to tell you about new programs or sessions. You can unsubscribe from anything that is not a required transactional message at any time by replying to any email or writing to matthewkula52@gmail.com.
Payments are collected in Uganda shillings by mobile money through Relworx, a licensed Ugandan payment aggregator, covering MTN and Airtel. Relworx handles the payment itself under its own security and privacy terms. I receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, plus a reference number, and never your mobile money PIN.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages people visit and which programs they are interested in. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects standard technical information such as browser type, device, and approximate location from your IP address. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or a browser extension such as the Google Analytics opt out add on.
Email addresses from the free capture form are stored in Netlify Forms. Order and payment records are stored in a secure order management system that only I have access to.
I keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes under Ugandan law, generally at least five years. I keep email capture addresses until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
You can ask me at any time to tell you what data I hold on you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to matthewkula52@gmail.com. I will respond within thirty days.
These programs are built for working professionals and are not intended for anyone under eighteen.
